Developed over years in Vandana’s works, her spontaneous command over line and texture are probably a result of her training as an architect. Her emphasis on the visual and creative process is very Indian and she has grown enormously as an artist over the last few years. The works are extremely personal reflecting a preoccupation with her immediate surroundings.
